- Number of Guests - This is the first thing you should know before hiring event rental company. Knowing how many people will be at the event helps you determine how much space there will be needed for everyone. If you have too little space for the number of guests that will attend, not only will it look cramped, but there could also be a safety hazard if people feel crowded or confined.
